Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of beverages, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Your order is missing items that you paid for.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to contact@poptail.in with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis after verification. A refund may be issued if:

The product was out of stock and not shipped.

A replacement cannot be arranged for a damaged or incorrect item.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Opened or partially consumed beverages.

Items purchased during promotions or sales (unless damaged or incorrect).
