  • Express or same-day delivery options may be available in select cities.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/volume.

  • We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 400.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or delivery surcharges will be displayed before final payment.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most major cities and towns in India. If your location is outside our service area, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@poptail.in with your order number and photos of the package. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back soon as we expand our delivery network.
